Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or through a service contract. Late payments may result in the suspension of services until payment is received in full. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payments for all services provided.
RynStarr Technologies is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, hardware failure, or other unforeseen issues that may arise. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service(s) provided.
We strive to ensure high availability and the timely delivery of our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. There may be instances where service disruptions are unavoidable, including but not limited to technical issues, system outages, or external factors beyond our control.
RynStarr Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of the modified terms.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 02/05/2025
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Cancellations must be communicated in writing or via email to the contact information provided at the time of booking.
Refunds will be issued if a service cannot be completed due to our fault, and the client will be notified promptly. If the service is incomplete or unsatisfactory, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the nature of the failure. No refunds will be issued for completed services, including work that has been performed to the client's specifications and satisfaction unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
